Parents / Guardians are responsible for providing emergency contact information and any important information about their children in the registration page prior to attending a class or event at the studio.  In addition, if any information changes, Parents/Guardians are responsible for updating the information with the studio in a timely fashion.

A non-refundable $100 deposit, per child, per camp session, is required to register. The full balance (less your deposit) is due no later than the first day of camp. If you need to cancel and have already paid for the session, your payment (less the non-refundable deposit) will be applied towards a studio credit if we are notified in writing seven days prior to the start of camp at contact@happyheartsartstudio.com. There are no studio credits offered for last minute cancellations or now shows; however, we’re happy to consider any special circumstances and offer a studio credit at our discretion.

If you’d like to change the camp dates & times, please submit a change request via email at least one week prior to the start of camp to contact@happyheartsartstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate you if there are spots available.

Please dress to get messy. Some days will be messier than others. We will have smocks available, but kids can come in some clothes that you don’t mind getting a little paint on them.

Payment is due at the time of enrollment, which is often prior to the start date of a program.  When enrolling, you will give permission for Happy Hearts Art Studio to charge your card for applicable fees for the program(s).  Summer Camp balances are due no later than the first day of camp.  We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.

For your child’s safety, and wellbeing. Please include any medical, behavioral or developmental issues or concerns so that we may understand your child’s needs. (such as allergies, medical conditions, need for an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor)

We require all children who are prescribed an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor always carry it with them while on the premises, no exceptions. Parents/Guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s allergies and medical conditions.
